RAFI is a multifaceted planning, architecture, and urban design firm with three studios, with its primary office in Las Vegas, Nevada. The firm specializes in providing comprehensive client services for advanced planning, real estate evaluations, programming, site planning and the design of long-range master planned facilities, places and towns. Dr. Robert A. Fielden, NCARB, FAIA and Laura Jane Spina, APA, ASID are the senior firm principals, and the practice is in its second generation of professional service, leadership and contributions towards clients needs.  Collectively, the two principals have practiced more than 50 years across Nevada and the Western Mountain Region.  Laura Jane Spina serves as principal-in-charge of RAFI operations and is the firm’s director of planning and redevelopment. Ms. Spina also serves as the managing principal of Fielden & Partners, a sister firm specializing in space planning and interior design.
